Section 1: Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. A customer can cancel their lesson at least 24 hours before their lesson and will not be charged for doing so.
2. A customer can ask to reschedule their lesson at least 24 hours before their lesson and will not be charged for doing so.
3. If a customer makes an unreasonable amount of cancellations or rescheduling within a short period of time, Bankstown Driving School reserves the right to refuse service to the customer. By addition, if a customer cancels or reschedules within 24-hours of their lesson, Bankstown Driving School reserves the right to refuse service to the customer.
4. Bankstown Driving School reserves the right to be able to cancel appointments if specific circumstances occur (for e.g., Driving Instructor is sick). Customer’s reserve the right to immediately be able to reschedule the cancelled appointment to another date.
5. A customer will have to pay 50% of the cost of their lesson if they cancel their lesson within 24 hours of the lesson timing. This fee will have to be paid to the instructor during the next lesson that is had. If this fee is not provided, Bankstown Driving School reserves the right to refuse service.

Section 2: Payment

1.  On the date of the lesson, the customer must pay the full amount due to the Driving Instructor via cash or online payment. If paying by cash, the payment must be made at the start of the lesson. If paying online, the payment must be made any time before the start of the lesson or immediately at the start of the lesson.
2. If the customer does not provide the payment, Bankstown Driving School reserves the right to cancel the appointment
3. Bankstown Driving School reserves the right to refuse service to the customer if the customer refuses to pay on the date of the appointment.

Section 3: Car Hire Service Policy

1. Bankstown Driving School offers a car hire service.
2. This service is only available to customers of Bankstown Driving School. By addition, the customer has to have passed a mock driving test to be able to use this service.
3. The service is not available to non-customers.

Section 4: Privacy Policy

1. During a lesson, a dash cam may be recording both the outside and inside of the car. It will also record audio. This is used for improvement of future lessons, insurance purposes and coaching and training.
2. By booking a lesson with Bankstown Driving School, you give Bankstown Driving School the right to record the lesson.
3. The recordings will only be kept for a maximum of 7 days
4. Recordings will be kept private and can’t be published online.

Section 5: Refund Policy

1. If a customer has previously paid for an individual lesson and cancels it with at least 24 hours’ notice, Bankstown Driving School will refund the cost of that lesson.
2. Bankstown Driving School will not refund any lessons that have already been delivered.
3. A package is non-refundable unless it has been partially completed. If a customer wishes to refund the remaining hours of a package they have partially completed, they will pay for the full price of the lessons and gain a refund on the remaining hours.
